We have been trading from 2 Queen’s House, Queen Street, Barnstaple since 1993, originally as Woolliams and Tippet. Trading under the Woolliams Property Services name since 2003, Danny Woolliams and his team have many years experience of selling residential property of all types throughout North Devon. The office is prominently located in Queen Street, close to two of the main town centre car parking facilities and main bus station. The office is only a few minutes level walk from the town centre.

We are members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme as well as the South West Property Network, which is an association of fully independent professional Estate Agents, all based the vibrant and diverse South of West of England. Our services include the valuation and sale of residential property throughout North Devon, the letting and management of residential property through North Devon, the sale of investment property in sunny locations such as Spain, Cyprus and Portugal. We are fully conversant with the Government’s Home Information Pack legislation and are able to commission competitively priced packs via dedicated HIP suppliers or our client’s local solicitors if required.
